Main Machines For the line

Belt Conveyor

Select from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, designed with side walls to prevent material spillage. Equipped with gear box motors and optional metal detectors, these conveyors are both secure and efficient.

Shredder

For large materials such as big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, our shredders provide initial grinding. Post-shredding, materials move to a secondary crusher for further refinement. With final sizes under 12mm, these materials are ready for thorough cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with various capabilities to suit diverse customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers break down materials into smaller, manageable pieces, utilizing water to clean and cool the blades during the process. This not only enhances washing but also simplifies packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed performance, the frication washer efficiently removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from plastics. Following this, materials proceed to the floating tank for additional cleansing.

Floating Tank

Centrifugal Dryer
