Machine advantages
Our heaters, crafted in Ireland, can efficiently heat up to 700ºC and are encased in an insulated SUS304 cover. Dual heating steps ensure optimal and consistent heating for PVC pipes. Additionally, the adjustable height of the heating device allows for seamless application to various pipe diameters.
This state-of-the-art automatic pipe bending machine boasts a compact design, seamlessly integrating pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and pipe outlet into a fully automated system. Compared to manual machines, it enhances production efficiency by 3-5 times.
At the forefront of bending, we have installed high-quality belling molds and clamping tools, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus and complemented by imported Autonics photoelectric detection, ensuring precise belling lengths and aesthetically pleasing belling appearances.
An integrated scale facilitates the adjustment of the belling and bending mold base, ensuring that each product's tolerance is maintained within a precise 1 mm.
Once the automatic discharge device receives a signal, it autonomously lifts, retrieves the product, and dispatches it, ensuring labor-free efficiency and safety.
Our advanced hydraulic system incorporates a Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve alongside a premium energy storage system, ensuring superior energy savings and noise reduction.
