HDPE pipe high-speed extrusion lines are extensively employed in nationwide projects for water supply, drainage, gas distribution, and residential plumbing systems. Our product range includes HDPE plastic pipe extrusion lines, LDPE plastic pipe extrusion lines, and PPR/PERT pipe extrusion lines, among others.

At YILI Machinery, we integrate advanced European technologies with our proprietary technical strategies to develop extrusion lines that feature a unique structural design, high-end configurations, a high degree of automation, and user-friendly operation. Each complete line is equipped with a PLC control system and a large LCD screen, ensuring convenient and intuitive control. Additionally, the line can be optionally fitted with a secondary extruder for applying colored marking stripes during production.

Extruder

The HDPE pipe extruder is the core of a modern production line, engineered for high-speed, continuous output. It efficiently melts and homogenizes high-density polyethylene raw material using a precisely controlled screw and barrel system. The molten polymer is then continuously pushed through a pipe die to form a seamless, dimensionally stable pipe profile. Mould

This high-performance die head is the heart of the HDPE pipe extrusion line, precisely shaping molten polymer into seamless, dimensionally accurate pipes. Its advanced spiral mandrel design ensures uniform material distribution and eliminates weld lines for superior pipe integrity and pressure resistance. Constructed from hardened, high-grade alloy steel, it withstands continuous high-speed production while maintaining consistent quality. The modular design enables quick size changes, boosting overall line flexibility and efficiency. This critical component directly defines the final product's quality, making it essential for producing reliable pipes for water, gas, and industrial applications.

Vacuum Tank

This Vacuum Tank is constructed from durable SUS304 stainless steel, with a wall thickness ranging from 5mm to 7mm to ensure structural stability under continuous operation. It is equipped with an advanced automatic water temperature and level control system, which precisely maintains the optimal cooling environment for pipe shaping. This technology ensures consistent and efficient heat extraction, directly contributing to superior dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the HDPE pipes. The precise calibration capability of the entire unit guarantees reliable and repeatable production results, making it a critical component for high-quality, high-speed pipe extrusion lines.

Cooling Tank

The cooling tank is a critical component of the pipe extrusion line, specifically engineered for rapid and efficient cooling. Constructed from high-grade SUS304 stainless steel with a wall thickness of 3mm to 5mm, it ensures durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term stability in demanding production environments.
