Our innovative film washing line guarantees precise and thorough decontamination of waste films, utilizing both cold and hot washing systems. Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy-duty types of belt conveyors, powered by a robust gearbox motor with side walls to prevent material spillage. Optional installation of a metal detector on the belt conveyor is available, enhancing operational safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials such as plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, shredders are employed for initial grinding. Post the primary crushing, the material proceeds to secondary crushers for finer crushing, reducing sizes to less than 12mm. This size reduction facilitates superior cleaning. YILI provides a diverse range of shredders with various capacities and functionalities to cater to customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher efficiently reduces material to smaller sizes while simultaneously cleansing with water and cooling blades during the process. This module breaks down large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing the washing results and simplifying packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing, the friction washer effectively cleans plastics by removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. The washing process is thorough, and upon completion, the material is transferred to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

Expertly separates sediment and metal from materials, this module uses specialized washing wheels designed for optimal washing functions, speed-controlled via inverter. With a magnetic valve at the bottom, it efficiently discharges dirt at set intervals. Constructed from premium stainless steel, it ensures durability and performance.

Centrifugal Dryer

This horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with outstanding performance and minimal energy use. It features a grid mesh with a self-cleaning function programmed by a timer, providing simultaneous washing and drying capabilities.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the pipeline delivers hot air internally, ensuring effective further drying of materials and significantly reducing moisture content.
