Machine advantages
Manufactured in Ireland, our heaters reach up to a scorching 700ºC, covered with insulated SUS304 for safety. Dual heating stages guarantee consistent and effective heating. The height-adjustable heating device adapts seamlessly to various PVC pipe diameters.
This advanced automatic pipe bending machine boasts a compact, integrated design, encompassing pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and pipe outlet automation. Compared to manual counterparts, production efficiency skyrockets by 3-5 times.
At the forefront of bending, our machine features a high-quality belling mold and clamping tool, treated with 45# nickel-phosphorus, complemented by imported Autonics photoelectric detection. This ensures precision in belling length and an aesthetically pleasing finish.
Equipped with a precision scale for fine-tuning belling and bending mold base adjustments, our machine maintains product tolerance within a meticulous 1 mm.
Upon receiving the signal, the automatic discharge device springs into action, lifting, retrieving, and dispatching the product with no manual labor required, ensuring both efficiency and safety.
