Introduction
The waste plastic film recycling and washing line produced by YILI Machinery is meticulously designed to handle a diverse range of plastic soft materials, such as PE or PP plastic film, PP woven bags, waste agricultural films, waste soft drip irrigation pipes, industrial packing films, supermarket packing films, and more. The complete production line encompasses a shredder, crusher, friction washer, floating tank, squeezer, etc., with capacities ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our film washing line ensures precise and efficient decontamination of waste films through both cold and hot washing systems, incorporating the most advanced recycling technologies. The final products post-washing are of exceptional quality, suitable for standalone use or blending with other materials for reprocessing, even in new film-blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line

Belt Conveyor

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, featuring a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor.

Shredder

For larger raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, shredders provide preliminary grinding. Post-crushing, materials proceed to a secondary crusher for finer crushing. The final material size is reduced to less than 12mm, optimizing pure cleaning. YILI offers a series of shredders with varying capacities and functionalities to cater to diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes, integrating water to clean and cool blades during operation. It processes large materials into small fragments, enhancing the washing quality and facilitating easy packing of the final product.

Friction Washer

Designed to wash plastic at high speed with water, the friction washer efficiently removes contaminants, dirt, and grease. After undergoing friction washing, materials advance to the floating tank for additional cleaning.

Floating Tank

Effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. Diverse washing wheels cater to various washing needs, with speed controlled by an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of dirt as per settings. Constructed from stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers high-performance drying of plastic flakes while maintaining low energy consumption. The grid mesh is self-cleaning, set by a timer, offering simultaneous washing and drying.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Constructed in stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air internally for further drying of materials, effectively reducing moisture content.
