Introduction

This comprehensive production line is equipped with essential machinery such as shredders, crushers, friction washers, floating tanks, and squeezers, boasting capacities ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our film washing line is crafted to ensure meticulous and effective decontamination of waste films, utilizing both cold and hot washing systems with the latest and most efficient recycling technologies. The resultant products post-washing achieve superior quality, suitable for standalone use or in combination with other materials for reprocessing, and even applicable in new film blowing applications.

Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from light and heavy-duty belt conveyors. They feature a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor for enhanced safety and efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials, such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, our shredders provide initial grinding. Post preliminary crushing, materials proceed to secondary crushing for finer results. Final material sizes are reduced to less than 12mm, optimizing purity for subsequent cleaning processes. YILI offers a series of shredders with various capacities and functions tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes, using water not only for cleaning but also to cool the blades during operation. Large materials are efficiently transformed into compact pieces, thereby enhancing washing results and simplifying packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Our friction washer is engineered to clean plastics at high speeds with water, efficiently eliminating contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-friction washing, materials are further cleansed in the floating tank.

Floating tank

This module adeptly separates sediment and metal from materials. Washing wheels of varied designs fulfill specific washing functions and speeds, controlled by an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom facilitates timely discharge of impurities. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer excels at drying plastic flakes with high performance and low energy usage. The grid mesh, equipped with a self-cleaning function on a timer, delivers dual washing and drying for materials.

Hot air pipeline heating

Stainless steel structures house pipelines that channel hot air for additional drying, effectively reducing moisture within materials.
