Belt conveyor

Select from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, each equipped with a robust gearbox motor and protective side walls to prevent material spillage. Enhance your setup with an optional metal detector for added security.

Shredder

For larger raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head materials, our powerful shredder performs preliminary grinding before transferring the material to a secondary crusher for finer pulverization. Post-crushing, the material reaches an ideal size of under 12mm, ready for an impeccable cleaning process. YILI's diverse shredding series offers various capacities and functions tailored to meet diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher is engineered to pulverize materials into smaller pieces, enhancing the washing efficiency. Water is employed to clean materials and cool blades during operation, transforming large materials into easy-to-pack smaller pieces.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing, the frication washer efficiently removes dirt, grease, and contaminants from materials. Following this step, materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

Utilizing the floating tank, sediments and metals are effectively separated from materials. Equipped with washing wheels designed for various washing functions and inverter-controlled speeds, the tank ensures optimal cleaning. A magnetic valve at the bottom allows for timely removal of contaminants. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the floating tank is both reliable and efficient.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with remarkable efficiency and low energy usage. Featuring a grid mesh with a self-cleaning function, it simultaneously washes and dries materials, ensuring pristine results.

Hot air pipeline heating
