Introduction
The waste plastic film recycling and washing line innovatively designed by YILI Machinery efficiently handles a diverse range of plastic soft materials, including high-quality PE or PP plastic film, PP woven bags, discarded agricultural films, obsolete soft drip irrigation pipes, and industrial packing films, among others. The entire production suite boasts equipment such as a shredder, crusher, frication washer, floating tank, and squeezer, with an impressive capacity ranging from 300 to 1500 kg/hr. Our cutting-edge film washing line ensures precise and thorough decontamination of waste films through both cold and hot washing systems, leveraging the most advanced recycling technologies. Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors. Equipped with a gear box motor, these conveyors feature side walls to prevent material spillage and come with an optional metal detector installation.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, the shredder provides initial grinding. After this preliminary crushing phase, materials undergo secondary crushing to achieve smaller sizes, typically under 12mm, enhancing cleaning purity. YILI offers a variety of shredders with diverse capacities and functionalities tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher efficiently reduces material size with water integration for cleaning and blade cooling during the process. Large items are transformed into manageable pieces, significantly improving washing outcomes and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing, the frication washer effectively removes contaminants such as dirt and grease from plastics. Following this wash, materials proceed to a floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

Efficiently separates sediment and metal through its design. Equipped with various washing wheels, it offers adaptable washing functions with speed control via an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom promptly discharges impurities, all constructed from premium stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

This horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers outstanding performance and energy efficiency, with a self-cleaning grid mesh activated by a timer. It ensures thorough washing and drying of plastic flakes.
