Technology Process

Feeding Belt Conveyor

The belt conveyor serves as the quintessential feeding mechanism, expertly guiding plastic soft waste including scraps, filaments, raffias, and films into the cutter compactor. For waste films presented in rolls, an alternative roller haul-off feeding device is available to efficiently channel the films into the compactor. The feeding speed is precisely governed by an inverter, harmoniously integrated with the compactor current, ensuring automatic feeding tailored to the compactor's requirements.

Metal Detector

Opt for our metal detector, an invaluable option designed to identify metallic fragments within the material, thus safeguarding the integrity of the compactor's knives. Should metal be detected, an immediate alarm is triggered, halting the belt conveyor. This allows the operator to safely remove the metals before resuming operation. Customers can select either German or Chinese models, ensuring tailored detection solutions.

 

Cutter Compactor

Our cutter compactor is equipped with strategically placed fixed knives along the compactor body's sides and rotary knives at the bottom plate, enabling it to finely slice material while fostering slight agglomeration. This dual action effectively removes moisture, stabilizing and simplifying subsequent feeding into the extruder. As cutting and friction elevate the internal temperature, an automatic cooling system kicks in to prevent overheating. Additionally, an exhaust device atop the compactor efficiently manages moisture and dust during its operation.

Two Stage Extruder

This advanced pelletizing line, featuring dual single-screw extruders, is engineered for materials that are heavily printed, highly contaminated, exhibit low fluidity, are temperature-sensitive, or possess high moisture content. Its design facilitates superior moisture and impurity removal, courtesy of enhanced exhaust outlets and filtration systems, yielding granules that meet the most stringent quality demands.

 

Melt Filter

Our double-column melt filtration systems, renowned for their expansive filtering areas, withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. Depending on specific filtering requirements, customers may choose between double-column and plate type filters. For enhanced filtering, multilayer meshes can be integrated, ensuring the production of pellets that adhere to high-quality standards.

Under Water Pelletizer
