Machine advantages
The Irish-made heaters can reach up to 700ºC and are encased in an insulated SUS304 cover. With two distinct heating phases, the device ensures rapid and consistent heating across various PVC pipe diameters, courtesy of its adjustable height settings.
This highly automated pipe bending machine is ingeniously designed, integrating the processes of pipeline transportation, heating, belling, pipe bending, and pipe outlet, all within a compact structure. It offers production efficiencies up to 3-5 times greater than manual systems.
The front bending section features a top-tier belling mold and clamping tool, treated with durable 45# nickel-phosphorus. Coupled with imported Autonics photoelectric detection, it guarantees meticulous belling length and an aesthetically pleasing belling finish.
A precision scale is incorporated for fine-tuning the belling and bending mold base, ensuring product tolerances remain within a precise 1 mm.
Upon receiving a signal, the automatic discharge device elevates autonomously, retrieves, and dispatches the product, eliminating the need for manual labor while maximizing efficiency and safety.
Our cutting-edge hydraulic system integrates the Japanese YUKEN brand oil pump and hydraulic solenoid valve, along with a superior energy storage system to enhance energy efficiency and minimize noise pollution.
