Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

 

Select from either light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, featuring a reliable gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Options for installing a metal detector on the belt conveyor are available for added security.

Shredder

For sizable raw materials such as large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die-head materials, a shredder is employed for initial grinding. After preliminary crushing, the material undergoes secondary crushing to achieve finer sizes, typically under 12mm, ensuring optimal cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredders tailored to varying capacities and functionalities to meet distinct customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher is engineered to reduce material to smaller sizes, incorporating water for simultaneous cleaning and blade cooling. Large materials are transformed into smaller pieces, enhancing the washing outcomes and facilitating easier packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Strategically designed to wash plastic at high speeds using water, the friction washer efficiently eradicates contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-washing, the material transitions to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from the material, featuring uniquely designed washing wheels adjustable for speed with inverter control. Equipped with a magnetic valve at the bottom for timely discharge of dirties, all components are crafted from durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes, delivering high performance with minimal energy consumption. Its grid mesh includes a self-cleaning function, providing both washing and drying capabilities.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed with premium stainless steel, the pipeline supplies hot air internally, further drying the material and reducing its moisture content to an optimal level.
