Main Machines For the line

Belt Conveyor

Available in both light and heavy-duty versions, our belt conveyors come equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material from falling. An optional metal detector can be installed for enhanced efficiency.

Shredder

For large raw materials such as plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, a shredder is employed for initial grinding. Following this, a secondary crusher performs finer crushing, reducing final material sizes to less than 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers a variety of shredders with diverse capacities and functions, tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes while simultaneously cleaning with water and cooling the blades. This process improves washing results and facilitates easier packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing, the frication washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-wash, the materials proceed to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating Tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from the material. Equipped with various washing wheels designed for specific washing requirements, the speed is controlled by an inverter. The bottom features a magnetic valve for timely dirt discharge, constructed of stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with high efficiency and low energy consumption. Its grid mesh cleans itself automatically on a timer, providing simultaneous washing and drying capabilities.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air to further dry materials, significantly reducing their moisture content.
