Feeding belt conveyor

The belt conveyor stands as the quintessential feeding device, efficiently transporting soft plastic waste such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in roll form, opt for the roller haul-off feeding device to convey films seamlessly to the compactor. The feeding speed is meticulously controlled by an inverter, harmoniously integrated with the compactor's current. It ensures automatic feeding aligned with compactor demands.

Metal detector

Our metal detector offers an optional assurance to customers, proficiently identifying metals within materials to prevent damage to compactor knives. Upon metal detection, an alarm triggers, halting the belt conveyor, allowing operators to remove metals and resume operations. Choose between esteemed German and Chinese brands for optimal performance.

Cutter compactor

The cutter compactor, with its strategic configuration of fixed knives along the compactor body and rotary knives at the bottom, expertly cuts materials into smaller pieces and induces slight agglomeration. This process effectively removes moisture, facilitating smoother and more stable extruder feeding. As cutting and friction elevate compactor temperature, an automatic over-temperature cooling system is at work. Two Stage Extruders

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems provide an expansive filtering area and withstand melting pressures exceeding 25Mpa. In the pelletizing line, customers can opt for either double-column filters or plate-type filters, tailored to their specific filtering needs. Under Water Pelletizer
