Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding solution, the belt conveyor, efficiently delivers soft plastic waste like scraps, filaments, raffias, and films to the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, opt for the roller haul-off feeding device, ensuring seamless integration with compactor requirements via inverter-controlled speed.

Metal detector

Choose our optional metal detector to safeguard your compactor from metallic damage. It detects metals within materials, triggers alarms, and halts the belt conveyor for metal removal. Available in both German and Chinese brands for your preference.

Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor, equipped with side fixed knives and bottom rotary knives, skillfully cuts materials into finer pieces and induces slight agglomeration, thereby removing moisture and stabilizing extruder feeding. Experience automatic cooling from temperature rise due to cutting and friction, alongside an exhaust device for moisture and dust management during operation.

Two Stage Extruders

Under Water Pelletizer
