Main Machines For the line

Belt Conveyor

Our belt conveyors, available in both light and heavy-duty types, incorporate a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material loss. Optional metal detectors can be installed on the belt conveyor for added precision.

Shredder

For large raw materials like plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, our shredder is the ideal choice for preliminary grinding. After initial crushing, materials are processed by a secondary crusher, reducing size to less than 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers an array of shredders with varying capacities and functions tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

Our crusher is engineered for size reduction, equipped with water integration to clean materials and cool blades. This module transforms large materials into smaller pieces, enhancing washing results and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

The frication washer is meticulously designed to wash plastic at high speed with water, efficiently removing contaminants, dirt, and greases. Following this, materials proceed to the floating tank for further cleaning.

Floating Tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from materials, utilizing varied washing wheel designs to fulfill washing functions. Speed is controlled with an inverter, with a magnetic valve at the bottom for timely dirt discharge, all made from durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer excels in drying plastic flakes with excellent performance while consuming minimal energy. The grid mesh self-cleans on a timer, offering both washing and drying capabilities.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Crafted from stainless steel, this pipeline heats air to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content within the materials.
