Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Select from light to heavy-duty belt conveyors, equipped with robust gear box motors and protective side walls to prevent material loss. Optional metal detectors enhance functionality on the belt conveyor.

Shredder

Ideal for large raw materials such as plastic drums and tanks, our shredders perform initial grinding, followed by secondary crushing for finer results. Final material sizes are reduced to less than 12mm, optimizing pure cleaning. YILI offers a diverse range of shredding solutions tailored to meet customer needs.

Crusher

A powerful crusher reduces material to smaller sizes, incorporating water for cleaning and blade cooling during the process. Large materials quickly transform into manageable pieces, enhancing wash outcomes and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Engineered for high-speed washing, the frication washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-wash, the material progresses to the floating tank for additional purification.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal within the material, featuring washing wheels with varied designs and inverter-controlled speed. The magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of dirt, constructed from premium stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer offers superior performance, drying plastic flakes with minimal energy use. The self-cleaning grid mesh, controlled by a timer, provides dual washing and drying functionality.

Hot air pipeline heating
