The machine is mainly applied to the normal pressure sterilization of different kinds of bottle and can packing drink, fruit and vegetable pot. And it also applied to the cooling of PET packaging tea and juice drink after hot filling.

The machine adopts multi section solution such as circulating hot water spray sterilization, warm water pre-cooling and clod water cooling, with the advantages of saving water and heat.

The machine uses the well-known U.S. brand REXNORD's CCP chain plate. The surface of the belt is smooth and wear-resistant, have no harm to the bottom of the container. And the spray mouth adopts the special spray nozzle, so it can make an even atomizing, in order to prevent the damage toward the container.

The machine can make the automatic bottles inlet and outlet, which permits the full robotization of the production line.
