The machine is applied for sterilizing to the fruit juice, tea drinks and wine.

It is controlled by PLC, with optional capacity from 3t/hr to 20t/hr. The whole system is automatically controlled by four units, pre-sterilization, normal production, water recycling and CIP.

Main components are from world famous suppliers, such as Alfa Laval, APV, SPIRAX, SIMENS, FESTO, etc.

The equipment is fully automatic, the system take sufficient consideration into outside impact on sterilization temperature, precise product temperature difference control to guarantee equipment well. Meanwhile sealed ultra hot water pre-sterilization system is equipped according to low acidic beverage filling requirement to fulfill high-efficiency sterilization. CIP and SIP are designed for the demand of cleaning and sterilization.
