Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Choose between light and heavy-duty belt conveyors, both featuring a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material loss. Optional metal detector installation is available on the conveyor for enhanced security.

Shredder

For large materials like plastic drums, tanks, and lumps, our shredder performs initial grinding. Post-preliminary crushing, materials proceed to a second crusher for refined crushing. The resulting pieces are smaller than 12mm, ideal for effective cleaning. YILI offers a variety of shredders with diverse capacities and functions tailored to your needs.

Crusher

Our crusher reduces materials to smaller sizes, utilizing water for thorough cleaning and blade cooling. This module processes large materials into manageable pieces, enhancing the washing process and facilitating easy packing of the end product.

Frication Washer

The friction washer is engineered to wash plastics at high speed with water, efficiently removing contaminations, dirt, and grease. Post-washing, materials move to the floating tank for further cleaning.

Floating tank

This module effectively separates sediment and metal from materials. It features washing wheels with various designs to achieve optimal cleaning, controlled via inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom promptly discharges dirt according to settings, all constructed from stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers top-tier drying for plastic flakes with low energy usage. Equipped with a self-cleaning grid mesh and timer, it provides both washing and drying.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed from stainless steel, the pipeline introduces hot air to further dry materials, effectively reducing moisture content.
