Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Available in both light and heavy-duty versions, these belt conveyors feature a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. An optional metal detector can be installed on the belt conveyor for enhanced functionality.

Shredder

For substantial raw materials such as large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head materials, we utilize shredders to perform preliminary grinding. Following initial crushing, materials undergo a secondary crushing process, achieving sizes under 12mm to enhance cleaning purity. YILI offers a variety of shredding options with different capacities and features to accommodate diverse customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes, incorporating water to cleanse the material and cool the blades during operation. This module processes large materials into smaller fragments, enhancing the washing outcome and facilitating easy packing of the final product.

Frication Washer

Designed for high-speed washing with water, the friction washer effectively removes contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post washing, materials proceed to the floating tank for further cleansing.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from the material. The washing wheels are designed specifically for washing functionality, with speed controlled by an inverter. A magnetic valve at the bottom enables timely discharge of contaminants. Constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer offers outstanding performance with reduced energy usage, drying plastic flakes efficiently. The grid mesh features a self-washing function, controlled by a timer, providing comprehensive washing and drying capabilities.

Hot air pipeline heating

Built from robust stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air within, further drying the material and reducing its moisture content effectively.
