Main Machines For the line
Feeding belt conveyor

Our standard feeding belt conveyor efficiently transports plastic soft waste-such as scraps, filaments, raffias, and films-into the cutter compactor. For waste films in rolls, an optional roller haul-off feeding device is available. The feeding speed is expertly controlled by an inverter, integrated with the compactor's current, to auto-feed based on compactor requirements.

Metal detector

An optional metal detector offers peace of mind by detecting any metals within the material, thereby preventing knife damage in the compactor. Upon detection, it sounds an alarm and halts the belt conveyor, allowing the operator to remove the metal before restarting. You can select from renowned German or Chinese brands.

Cutter compactor

Our cutter compactor is engineered with fixed knives on the compactor body sides and rotary knives on the bottom plate, efficiently cutting material into smaller pieces while causing slight agglomeration. This process effectively removes moisture, facilitating stable and easier feeding to the extruder. The temperature inside the compactor rises due to cutting and friction, but an automatic over-temperature cooling system is in place. Additionally, an exhaust device on top of the compactor removes moisture and dust during operation.

Two stage extruders

Our innovative pelletizing line design features dual single screw extruders, meticulously crafted to handle a variety of challenging materials. Whether dealing with heavily printed items, contamination-laden substances, low fluidity, temperature-sensitive compositions, or materials with high moisture content, our pelletizing system rises to the occasion. It excels in efficiently eliminating moisture and impurities post-granulation, thanks to its enhanced exhaust ports and advanced filtration techniques-ultimately producing granules that meet the highest industry standards.

Melt Filter

Our state-of-the-art double-column melt filtration systems provide extensive filtering capacities and withstand pressure exceeding 25Mpa. Designed to optimize the pelletizing process, customers can opt for either double-column or plate type filters based on their specific needs. These systems allow for layered mesh configurations to achieve superior filtration, ensuring the output of premium quality pellets.

Under Water Pelletizer

The under water cutting system is a bespoke solution crafted for materials with high flow rates and viscosity, which present unique cutting challenges. In addition to this, customers also have the option of water ring or spaghetti cutting methods, tailored to suit their specific material and capacity needs. Vibration Sieve
