Main Machines For the Line

Belt Conveyor

Choose from both light and heavy-duty belt conveyors. Designed with gearbox motors and side walls to prevent material loss, with optional metal detector installation on the conveyor.

Shredder

For substantial raw materials like large drums, tanks, lumps, and die head materials, shredders conduct preliminary grinding. Post initial crushing, materials proceed to secondary crushing, reducing sizes to under 12mm for optimal cleaning. YILI offers a variety of shredders to cater to diverse capacities and functions, meeting all customer needs.

Crusher

Our crushers transform materials into smaller sizes while simultaneously cleaning and cooling blades with water. This process efficiently breaks down large items, enhancing washing outcomes and facilitating easy packaging of the final product.

Frication Washer

The high-speed frication washer meticulously cleans plastic with water, removing contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-wash, materials enter the floating tank for further purification.

Floating Tank

Effectively separate sediment and metals using this module. Features various washing wheel designs for tailored washing functions, inverter-controlled speed, and a magnetic valve at the bottom to discharge dirt as scheduled. Made from robust stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer delivers top-notch plastic flake drying with minimal energy usage. Features a self-cleaning grid mesh on a timer, providing simultaneous washing and drying for superior results.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

Crafted from stainless steel, this pipeline conducts hot air to ensure further drying of materials, effectively reducing internal moisture content.
