Main Machines For the line

Belt conveyor

Options include both light and heavy-duty types of belt conveyors. Features a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. The conveyor can also be equipped with a metal detector for enhanced functionality.

Shredder

For larger raw materials like big plastic drums, tanks, lumps, and die head material, a shredder is used for preliminary size reduction. After this initial stage, materials are sent to a secondary crusher for finer grinding, achieving final material sizes of less than 12mm, optimizing them for pure cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with various capacities and functionalities to cater to customer preferences.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material to smaller sizes with the aid of water, which not only cleans the material but also cools the blades during the crushing process. This module is crucial for processing large materials into smaller, manageable pieces, enhancing the washing results and simplifying final product packing.

Frication Washer

The frication washer is engineered for high-speed washing of plastics with water, effectively eliminating contaminants, dirt, and grease. Post-washing, materials proceed to the floating tank for further cleansing.

Floating tank

This module efficiently separates sediment and metal from the material. Washing wheels feature various designs to accommodate different washing functions, with inverter-controlled speeds. A magnetic valve at the bottom ensures timely discharge of dirt, constructed from stainless steel for durability.

Centrifugal Dryer

The horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes, boasting high performance and low energy consumption. Its grid mesh has a self-washing feature with a timer setting, providing washing and drying functions together.

Hot air pipeline heating

Constructed with stainless steel, the pipeline delivers hot air inside for additional drying, effectively reducing moisture within the material.
