Main Machines For the Line

Belt Conveyor

Choose from light or heavy-duty belt conveyors, each equipped with a gearbox motor and side walls to prevent material spillage. Optional installation of a metal detector is available to enhance material purity.

Shredder

For voluminous raw materials such as large plastic drums, tanks, lumps, or die head material, our shredder performs preliminary grinding. Post-shredding, materials proceed to secondary crushing for finer reduction, achieving sizes less than 12mm, facilitating superior cleaning. YILI offers a range of shredders with diverse capacities and functionalities tailored to customer needs.

Crusher

The crusher reduces material sizes for optimal washing, utilizing water to clean materials and cool blades during operation. This process transforms large pieces into manageable sizes, enhancing wash results and simplifying final product packaging.

Frication Washer

Engineered for efficient high-speed washing, the frication washer utilizes water to effectively remove contaminants, dirt, and grease from materials. Post-washing, materials transition to the floating tank for further purification.

Floating Tank

This module adeptly separates sediment and metal from materials, utilizing innovatively designed washing wheels for optimal function and speed, controlled via inverter. The bottom features a magnetic valve for timely dirt discharge. Constructed with durable stainless steel.

Centrifugal Dryer

Our horizontal centrifugal dryer efficiently dries plastic flakes, combining high performance with low energy consumption. Equipped with a self-cleaning grid mesh, it provides comprehensive washing and drying.

Hot Air Pipeline Heating

The stainless steel hot air pipeline provides thorough material drying, effectively reducing moisture to improve end-product quality.
