Technology Process
The process begins with an Extruder and Die set,
followed by a Calibrator masterfully designed specifically for PPR pipes;then, the process continues to Vacuum & Cooling tanks
and a secondary Cooling tank
constructed from high-grade SUS304 material, with thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 5mm
ensuring rapid cooling.
The Haul-off unit, driven by a frequency inverter to a servo motor,
uses high-quality rubber belts or blocks
and features an encoder for precise pipe metering.
Our no-dust cutter, designed with either a Universal or Cast Aluminum fixture unit,
provides smooth, dust-free cuts,
with servo motor synchronization control for enhanced performance.
The Dual Position coiler ensures
automatic and efficient pipe arranging, accommodating sizes from 16mm to 110mm with precision.
This innovative technology assures seamless operations and unmatched reliability.
